[INS-40904] Oracle_hostname does not resolve to a valid host name

When installing grid infrastructure with DNS, after installing to two nodes trust, the following error appears after clicking Next:

Search on the Internet, and some say in the individual nodes under the ORACLE user. Bash_profile Add the respective hostname of the export oracle_hostname=;

For example, two node host name Node1,node2; add Export Oracle_hostname=node1,export Oracle_hostname=node2

Then check the hostname=node2 of the Hostname:node1 Hostname=node1,node2 in the/etc/sysconfig/network of each node; Bash_profile in Oracle_. The hostname must be the same as the hostname in/etc/sysconfig/network.

Cause:the value provided for Oracle_hostname does does resolve to a valid host name.

Action:provide a valid host name for Oracle_hostname,and restart the installer.

About public ip,private Ip,vip,scan-ip in the DNS or in the hosts, how to write?

If you do not have DNS, only with the Hosts file, of course, all written to the hosts, but Scan-ip can only write one.
