Insert a video in a PowerPoint presentation document

In the same way as in the previous section, we can also add a prerecorded video file to the PowerPoint presentation for playback:

Execute the Insert → movie and sound → file movie command, open the Insert Movie dialog box, select the movie file you want to insert, click the OK button, and then the system pops up a dialog box and choose a playback style to return.

After inserting the video file, a Play chart box appears on the corresponding slide, adjusting the corresponding frame size as the playing window (figure).

Note: ① Please save the appropriate movie file in the same folder as the presentation file to facilitate overall movement. ② in the editing state, you can preview the playback effect directly compared to the video file.
