Insert a picture into an HTML file with an absolute path under Windows

First notice whether the path contains Chinese names such as

<src= "f:\ avatar \ Small yellow man. jpg"  width= "  height=" 200 "  />

If so, you should add this sentence

<http-equiv= "Content-type"  Content= "text/html" ; CharSet  />

The goal is to have this HTML file support Chinese encoding.

Second, you should note the extension name (. jpg) of the inserted picture, and so on. I have a little yellow gif on the net, I think the format is GIF, but the result is stored in JPG format, so it has not been shown, card for a while.
