1. Insert an Excel form into a Word document

Select the table in Excel and copy, and then click Paste at the table insertion point in the Word document.

If the table data you want to insert in Word changes as you modify the Excel table data, you can select the match target area cell style and link to Excel or keep source formatting and link to excel command in the bottom-right corner of the pasted table in the Paste Options box.

2. Insert an Excel form into an existing table in a Word document

Select the table's data range in Excel and copy, select the table with the same size in the Word table and paste.
