By default, clip art in Word2007 is not displayed in all, and users are required to search using related keywords. Users can search in my collections, Office collections, and Web collections, where a huge amount of clip art is available in Web collections, and users can search for and use these clips on a networked state. If you do not enter a keyword direct search, all clip art is displayed.
To insert clip art in a Word2007 document, the following steps are described:
Step 1th, open the Word2007 document window and click the Clip Art button in the illustrations group in the Insert Ribbon, as shown in Figure 2009031309.

Step 2nd, open the Clip Art task pane, and in the Search text box, enter a keyword (such as "grass") that you want to insert in the clip art. Click the search in Drop-down triangle button, and by default, the All collection places check box is selected, which is the search for clip art for the specified keyword in all collections. Users can cancel or select specific collections as needed, such as selecting only "Web Collections" (which can only be selected in the networked state), as shown in Figure 2009031310.

Tip: When you cancel the selection of a collection, you need to double-click the collection if you want to select it again and all subsets. If you click to select the collection, you need to go to the collection to further select a subset of it.
