1 Click the Insert organization Chart or other diagram button on the Drawing toolbar.
2 Select Organization Chart in the Diagram Gallery dialog box.
3 The default chart appears on the slide, follow the prompts, click the Picture box, and enter the name of each frame.
The Organization Chart toolbar provides great convenience for modifying your organization chart, from left to right: Insert shape, layout, selection, fit text, autoformat, Zoom.
Insert Shape: You can add subordinates, coworkers, or assistants to a chart box. Subordinates refer to the Subordinate chart box, the colleague refers to the sibling diagram box, the assistant refers to the frame between this and the lower frame of the diagram. This button requires a drop-down arrow to select, you must first select a frame before use, otherwise not available.
Layout: Determines the arrangement of the structure chart, can be standard, both sides hanging, left hanging, right hanging. You must select an upper-level chart box before using it to work only on the lower-level frame of the frame.
Selection: You can choose from a variety of elements, and you can change the fill, line, or text color. This button is mainly used for multiple selections, and if you select only a single element, you can select it directly with the mouse click.
Fit text: Make text match the size of the frame so that you don't need to manually set the font size.
AutoFormat: Provides 17 preset formats that you can apply directly.
Zoom: The size of the slide as a percentage of the actual playback when you edit it.
