Install and configure JDK 7 in Windows

First, download the jdk7 installation package from the official Oracle website. We recommend that you download and install 32-bit for the 60-bit system to adapt to the use of the browser java Plug-in. Double-click the installation package to start installation. If the installation is in the D: \ JDK directory (you can also install it in the default path), the installation program installs jdk by default. Then, the installation path is selected as D: \ JDK, and then jre installation will be automatically started. Then, install it to the default C drive path. Because jdk 7 contains the JavaFX SDK, after jdk is successfully installed, the JavaFX SDK installation program is automatically started, and then installed to the default path.
Then configure the environment variables. Open environment variable settings (in advanced system settings of computer properties) and add JAVA_HOME to user variables. The variable value is the jdk installation path, for example, "D: \ JDK "; then add the PATH. The variable value is the bin directory in jdk, for example, "% JAVA_HOME % \ bin". Finally, add CLASSPATH. The variable value is the lib directory in jdk, for example, ".; % JAVA_HOME % \ lib "(where".; ).
To verify whether the environment variables are configured successfully, run java-version in the cmd window. If the configuration is successful, the jdk version should be displayed. PS: the PATH in the environment variable can also be added after the original PATH in the system variable, but separated by a semicolon. Author drifting
