How to install Rose HA in Linux. This document assumes that the environment is a Linux operating system and the Oracle database version 9.2 is used. Next, let's take a look at how to install and configure Rose HA in the Linux Oracle environment.
First, put the disc into the optical drive
Computer-CD-ROM double-click to open copy three files to a folder in the system or mount the drive to/mnt.
System Tool-terminal (attach the optical drive to the mnt folder)
In the terminal window, type # mount-t iso9660/dev/cdrom/mnt (mount the device)
# Cd/mnt (enter the mnt folder)
# Ls (view files under mnt)
Install ROSEHA and run it in the mnt directory #./install. sh
Check whether files exist in/opt/roseha/bin.
Two important files, NewPass, change the password)
Run #./NewPass according
Follow the prompts to first enter User: ha (administrator's username) New password: password Re-enter new password and then Re-enter the password
