Install and configure the GIT client in Windows

1. Install the GIT Client

Download and install two files:

Http://code.google.com/p/msysgit/

Http://code.google.com/p/tortoisegit/ 

Just click Next.

II,Use git for management in vs2010Source code

1 Installation

Open vs2010 and choose tools> Extension Manager;

Select "online gallary" on the left and search for "Git" in the search bar ";

Check "Git source control provider" in the search result and select and install it.

2 Configuration

Select Tools> options;

Select "source control" in the view tree ";

Select "Git source control provider" from the drop-down list on the right ";

Open the solution managed by git, you can see the different states of each file, right-click the file you want to manage in "Solution Explorer", select the corresponding function in the "Git" menu, implement Management.
