I am a dell 1525 wireless network card installed on the dell 1395 bcm. I searched the internet and needed to use ndiswrapper to load the driver in windows. The specific operations are as follows:
1. Install nidswrapper. download the latest version at http://sourceforge.net/projects/ndiswrapper.
Tar zxvf ndiswrapper-1.53.tar.gz
Cd ndiswrapper-1.53
Make
Make install

2. Now, for the windows NIC Driver, I went to the dell official website.
Unzip-a Dell_multi-device_A17_R174291.EXE
3. ndiswrapper-I r174291/driver/bcmwl5.inf // install the driver
Ndiswrapper-l // check the driver
Ndiswrapper-m // configure wlan0
Modprobe ndiswrapper should be loaded to the System
Then iwconfig should be able to see the wireless wlan0.
Then you can access the Internet.
