Install ArcGIS Desktop 9.3 + engine in win7

1. Set the system

After Windows 7 is installed, non-administrator accounts are used by default to log on to the system, which may cause a lot of inconvenience during the installation process. Therefore, you can use administrator to log on to the system.

(Right-click your computer and choose manage> local users and groups> users. Remove the account disabling option from the Administrator attribute, restart your computer, and log on to the Administrator)

Ii. Installation and cracking
