Most of the integrated software is successfully installed, and pidgin is compiled by yourself. Others are

Pay attention to the two software: emboss and staden.

Among them, the installation of emboss requires Jemboss, so there will be an installation file in the jemboss folder. There is a file named install-jemboss-server.sh under EMBOSS-5.0.0/jemboss/utils, installation step by step on the line. The reference for each step is described in jemboss.

Staden does not need to be installed. You can run the task directly after downloading it, but you must set the runtime option.
