1. If the MSSQLServer service is already started, stop.

2. Open the command line as an administrator and execute the command: "C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\mssql10_50.mssqlserver\mssql\binn\sqlservr.exe"-c-m
(The path is modified according to the actual installation path and version)

3. After waiting for execution to complete, open SQL Server Management Studio, log in with Windows identity, and add the appropriate administrator account in the security-login name ("sysadmin" in "Server Role")

4. Close the window that just executed the command, start the MSSQLServer service, and finish. Log in again for normal use.
