After a long time of 12.04 server version, the problem may seem to be much more difficult than 10.04:
First, the earlier version of ultraiso does not support 12.04 image burning and only displays EFI. Therefore, only 9.5.5 of the later version is supported (UUI is proved to be unavailable)
The second step is to follow 10.04. For Help-> F6, there is no place to enter installcdrom-detect/try-USB = true. (After searching for a long time, I can't find it, but I can't find it online... Okay, it's actually none)
After a variety of tossing, I saw a very valuable article on the Internet and finally tried a method:
1. Use ultraiso to create and start a USB flash drive.
2. Copy the original image ISO file to the root directory of the U Disk: ubuntu-12.04.4-server-amd64.iso
3. Also with U disk boot, install unzip tuserver, to CD-Rom that step will fail off, press the alt-F2 into shell,
Create the undev and CDROM directories in the root directory.
4. Find the device name of the USB flash drive under/dev, such as sdc5
5. Mount/dev/sdc5/undev
6. Mount/undev/ubuntu-12.04.4-server-amd64.iso/CDROM
7. Alt-F1 exit shell, continue installation, passj
