PS: if it is not automatically mounted, You can manually mount it to a directory. The device file is usually/dev/HDC.
For example: Mount/dev/HDC/mnt 3. Run DF-h to see which Directory The vmtools is mounted to. The directory is usually in the/Media/vmware_tools directory.
