(i) Zoning

(1) Requirements:

More than 4G u disk;

Software 1 Fedora-8-i386-dvd.iso;

Software 2 Grubinst-1.1-bin;

Software 3 brub4dos-0.4.3;

Software 4 winimage;

(2) Steps:

1 with software 2 grubinst-gui.exe to the U disk to install grub, install only select "Disk", and choose the disk corresponding to the letter, click "Install" can be.

If there is an error, add "--skip-mbr-test" to the "Extra Parameters" section;

2 Copy grub4dos under the GRLDR and menu.lst to the U disk;

(2) Select "Fedora 8 Setup";

(3) Select "Chinese Simplified"-"US"-"Hard Drive"-"dev/sdb1" into the Fedora Graphics installation interface;

(iv) Installation

(1) Welcome interface, point "next";

(2) Fedora installation Configuration partition interface, select "Establish a custom partition structure";

(3) On the Grub Configuration page, the default mount system selects "Fedora/dev/sda9", while claws select "Configure Advanced", point "next";

(4) The installation location where the boot loader records (this step is critical).

Select/dev/sda Master boot record (MBR), in "Change Drive order",/DEV/SDA should be placed before/dev/sdb should be placed.
