Install git in Linux

Sometimes it is difficult to install git in Linux to use yum to Make yum install get

I found some methods on the Internet and recorded them to prevent future forgetting.

Wget http://www.codemonkey.org.uk/projects/git-snapshots/git/git-latest.tar.gz

Tar xzvf git-latest.tar.gz Decompression

Decompress cd git-xxxx-xx and generate a folder of the current date.

Autoconf

./Configure

Make

Make install

Verify whether the installation is successful: Check the installed version

Git -- version
