Install GnomeSubtitles1.1 (Subtitle Editor) in Ubuntu [PPA]

GnomeSubtitles is a Subtitle Editor under GNOME Desktop. It supports subtitles in most common text formats and supports subtitle editing, translation, and synchronization operations.
