Installation steps:
1, Apt-Get Update & apt-Get install cabextract wine
After the installation, you will have the wine project with cabextract installed. It is time to download the ies4linux file. After you download the latest tar package, if you do not download this file from the terminal, you need to first enter the directory of the TAR package you downloaded. This can also be easily achieved through the following command:

CD ies4linux -*

Next, enter the command tar xzvf ies4linux-latest.tar.gz in the terminal to decompress the tar package and change the directory to the build directory. Finally, start the ies4linux script that will start the installation process, and type the./ies4linux command.

You will see a text-based series screen that will ask questions about the version of the IE browser you want to install, as shown in figure 4. The first question is whether you want to install IE browser version 5 and Version 5.5. You can make a choice based on your own situation. In addition to the IE browser, the Flash Player Plug-in will be automatically installed in ies4linux.

In a few minutes, the script downloads all the required files and automatically installs them on your computer. In addition, a shortcut to IE browser will be created on the desktop so that you can access it quickly. The Startup Program of IE browser is stored in the bin directory created in your home directory. If you want to quickly access it in the command, run ~ /Bin/IE6 can start IE 6. You will see that IE is running properly, as shown in Figure 5.
