Install Indicator Stickynotes 0.4.4 on Ubuntu and derivative systems
Indicator Stickynotes is an application applet, similar to the yellow notepaper program installed by default in Windows 7 or Windows Vista. Supports Unity, Gnome Shell, XFCE, KDE, MATE, and Cinnamon desktop environments.
The latest version of Indicator Stickynotes 0.4.4 is available. It has been released some time ago and is supported by Ubuntu trust and some improvements. It has been released for a while and supports the latest Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.
Installation, available with PPA, support for Ubuntu 14.04, Ubuntu 13.10, Ubuntu 12.04 and related derivative systems.
Open the terminal and enter the following command:
Sudo add-apt-repository ppa: umang/indicator-stickynotes
Sudo apt-get update
Sudo apt-get install indicator-stickynotes
Uninstall command:
Sudo apt-get remove indicator-stickynotes
