Install jenkins in linux (redhat)
Jenkins installation can be divided into online installation and local software installation. Here I use the second method. After downloading it, an application can be directly installed by clicking install, after installation, configure the jdk path! The following describes in detail:
I. Prerequisites
1. Install jdk before installing jenkins. jdk 1.8 is installed on the server.
2. Download the jenkins installation package (official website), I use: jenkins-1.617-1.1.noarch.rpm
Ii. Installation
1. decompress the downloaded installation package to the directory you want to install.
2. Double-click the installation and follow the prompts to install it step by step.
Iii. Configuration
1. After the jenkins service is started, the following failure messages may be prompted,
The error is as follows:
Starting Jenkins bash:/usr/bin/java: the file or directory does not exist.
In this case, do not worry about errors because the jdk path of java cannot be found. In this case, configure the path strength of jdk to jenkins.
Command:
cd /etc/init.dvim Jenkins
Enter the preceding command and edit its path, for example:
2. After the installation is complete, if it conflicts with the local port, You need to modify the jenkins port number. For example:
cd /etc/sysconfigvim Jenkins
For example:
JENKINS_PORT="8080"JENKINS_AJP_PORT="8009"
After entering, modify the port number (note that after modification, run the configuration in jenkens using the source command,
Command:
source /etc/sysconfig/jenkens)
4. Start
Start the jenkins server after the configuration is complete.
Command:
service Jenkins start
Enter the local website http: // localhost: 8009 in the browser!
