Install MySQL-Python-1.2.3 on Windows (mysqldb-error: unable to find vcvarsall. BAT)

This error may occur during the installation process:
Mysqldb-error: unable to find vcvarsall. bat
Download a fixed version of python2.6.5 for installation:
Http://soemin.googlecode.com/files/MySQL-python-1.2.3c1.win32-py2.6.exe

After the installation is complete, open the python terminal and enter:
>>> Import mysqldb
>>> Mysqldb
<Module 'mysqldb' from 'x: \ python26 \ Lib \ Site-packages \ mysqldb \__ init _. pyc'>

If so, the installation is successful!
