Install MySQL under non-administrator permissions under Windows

There are two ways to install MySQL under Windows:

1.msi Installation

2.zip Installation

Either way, because MySQL needs to be installed as a service, it must be installed with administrator privileges.

Unable to get administrator privileges because the company changed the virtual machine. So I've been looking for the MySQL installation method with non-administrator privileges.

We use the second, zip installation, which does not require MySQL to be installed as a service, i.e.

Mysqld Install

This bypasses the administrator password and uses

Mysqld--console
