Install MySQL workbench

The mysql client I use in Windows is mysql-front. Unfortunately, the for linux version is not available, and the update has not occurred for a while. However 《ProgramClerk magazine saw the news that the new version of workbench has been released. In addition to the client functions, the modeling function also supports three major operating systems. So I decided to install it on my ubuntu. It will be converted to workbench in the future.

 

Step 1:

:

Http://www.mysql.com/downloads/workbench/

Go to the webpage and selectMySQL workbench (GUI tool)In the new interface, select the operating system, and then you can download it.

Step 2:

Enter the following command:

Dpkg-I mysql-workbench-gpl-5.2.28-1ubu1004-i386.deb

 

If the installation fails, enter the following command:

Apt-get-F install

 

Then re-enter the installation command to install

 

After the installation, you can go to the Application --> programming to find, such:
