First, use the virtual Optical Drive Tool to mount the ISO version of Windows 8 consumer Preview (magic horse Magic Cube virtual optical drive, ultraiso and so on, not to mention)
Right-click the lower left corner of the Start menu and choose-command prompt (Administrator )-
Run the following command: dism.exe/online/enable-feature/featurename: netfx3/Source: F: \ sources \ sxs.
(Do not enter an error for a space. Otherwise, the command cannot be executed)

Note that the drive letter F here is determined based on the virtual drive letter you loaded ISO. My drive letter F may be another drive letter, which may be changed as needed.
