Today, I installed netbeans ide 6.1 In my fedora.
Download the latest version of netbeans www.sun.com with the suffix. Sh on Sun's official website, save it to/home/admin/download/netbeans-6.1-ml-javase-linux.sh, and then open the terminal
Enter CD/home/admin/download
Enter the su command, enter the root password as prompted, and then raise the netbeans-6.1-ml-javase-linux.sh Permissions
# Chmod + x netbeans-6.1-ml-javase-linux.sh
Now execute the Installation File
#./Netbeans-6.1-ml-javase-linux.sh
The installation window for netbeans appears. The following installation is the same as that for Windows.

Note that numbers 1 and lower-case letters l are numbers 1 and the latter two are lower-case letters l. In the terminal window, the two are not very well distinguished.
