Install online help for SAP system (transaction code sr13)

Online Help is unavailable for the newly installed SAP system.ProgramThe help and the help-SAP Library cannot open any help page. This is not because the sapgui installation is incomplete, but because the sap help system itself is not included in the GUI, but must be separately configured.

Use the transaction code sr13 to enable the "change view" Management: Show SAP database "function. We can see that there are four tabs. We only need to use the second -- plainhtmlhttp, which is the help Method for accessing sap through the Web server.

Since sap's official website provides an online help site http://help.sap.com, we can directly connect to this site to access online help.

Click the "New entry" button. The content bar below will be filled in. Follow the rules below:

Variant: Any unique name
Platform: wn32
Region: iwbhelp
Server Name: help.sap.com, SAP official help site
Path: According to your sap version, find in the http://help.sap.com, I use ecc5, so the path is saphelp_erp2004/helpdata
Language: En. Because sap only provides English and German, We have to select English.
Default Value: check. This is the default online help setting.

Save the settings.

Click "Help-application help" in the menu to go to the Help page for the current operation!
