In the past, water pipes in the house were leaking. After the property repair workers came, they patched them. A small patch solves the water leakage.

The same is true for software applications. If the customer has a problem, I will send you a patch. The patch is much more like my water pipe, and the hoop is full of patches, from SP1 to SPNs... Later I asked the master for a hoop and rubber, and I could patch myself.

The neighbor next door said that the quality of this pipe is not good, and the patch can only be used for a year and a half. Need refactor from the property company!
God is the same as software.

However, there is a cost for refactor. The upstairs and downstairs are all online grasshoppers. Therefore, property companies are too lazy to refactor. As unfortunate users, they have to patch themselves.

In any case, the response of the property company to customers has always been muddy. This is really unpleasant.
The same is true for customers. Either patch or refactor is acceptable. At least there must be a clear statement that cannot cope with customers.
