Install, set, and use SSH Secure Shell to log on to Linux

1. I installed the vmwarevirtual machine Linux redhat9 with built-in ssh. On the Linux terminal, enter SSH to view the relevant information. 2. install sshsecureshellclient-3.2.9.exe in Windows XP and install it in the default path. After installation, two icons will appear on the desktop: SSH Secure Shell client and SSH Secure File Transfer client. The first one is to log on to Linux in windows, file Transfer Between the second two systems. 3. log on to Linux Using SSH Secure Shell client in Windows. The steps are as follows: 1) Click quick connect, enter the IP address and user name used to log on to the Linux system, and click Connect, 3. log on to the linux root directory successfully ,: Note: The Virtual Machine and windows must be able to ping each other; otherwise, they cannot connect. Red Riding Hood-> system settings-> network, set the IP address, gateway, and DNS. The Gateway and DNS are the same as those in windows, and the IP address is the same as in windows. Note: Make sure to disable vmnet1 and wmnet8.   1. Use SSH Secure File Transfer client in Windows to transfer files with Linux, as follows: 1) Open SSH Secure File Transfer client, click quick connect, enter the Linux system IP address and user, and click Connect, for example: 2) enter the password and click "OK", for example:   3) files can be uploaded to each other.
