Install sublime text on ArchLinux

Because sublime text is not open source, it is not stored in the official library, but it is on ARCHLINUXCN.

Add at the end:

And then

sudo pacman-syu sublime-text-dev-imfix

This includes a bunch of software such as WPS Chrome that can also be updated through the ARCHLINUXCN library.
