Install the accounting software HomeBank on Ubuntu 14.04/14.10
HomeBank is an open-source, cross-platform financial management software that can run on Linux, Mac OS X, Windows, and Meego systems, allowing users to manage their own finances, and track their transactions.
The latest available version is HomeBank 4.5.6, which has been released recently. There are some changes and error fixes:

Install the software. If PPA is available, it supports Ubuntu 14.04/14.10 and derivative system versions. Open the terminal and run the following command:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:mdoyen/homebank
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install homebank
Run the following command to uninstall homebank:
sudo apt-get remove homebank
