Install the atheros ar9271 driver in Ubuntu 10.04

1. Preface
Find a wireless network card for mercury mw150u, which can be automatically identified under Ubuntu 11.10, but it will not be recognized if it is changed to 10.04. Think about it as if the driver is not installed properly.
