Install the Intel Graphics installer on Ubuntu 15.10
Intel recently released a new version of Linux Graphics installer. In the new version, Ubuntu 15.04, instead of Wily, is not supported.

Install
1. Download the installer from the link page. Currently, Ubuntu 15.10 is 1.2.1. You can check the type of your operating system (32-bit or 64-bit) in system Settings> details.

2. Once the download is complete, click the. deb installation package in the download directory, open it in the Ubuntu Software Center, and then click the "Install" button.

3. To make the system trust the Intel Graphics installer, you need to use the following command to add a key for it.

Alternatively, open the terminal in the "Application initiator" in Unity Dash. Paste and run the following commands in sequence.
wget--no-check-certificate https://download.01.org/gfx/RPM-GPG-KEY-ilg -O - | sudo apt-key add -
wget--no-check-certificate https://download.01.org/gfx/RPM-GPG-KEY-ilg-2 -O - | sudo apt-key add -

Note: When you run the first command, if the cursor stops and remains blinking after the key is downloaded, as shown in the figure above, enter your password (no changes will be displayed when you enter it) and press Enter.
Finally, enable the Intel Graphics installer through Unity Dash or application initiator.
