Visio Premium 2010 has an error during installation: This item is not suitable for use in a specified state. This error occurs because the operating system administrator password was modified after the installation of the Office software, and the change in the operating environment of the VS was unable to continue working after the password changes. Therefore, during the installation of other software, you will be prompted to "this item is not available for use in a specified state", or even AutoCAD will prompt for "overlapped IO operation in progress". Workaround:

Delete the Crypto folder under the C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft directory.
