Install the Intel e1000 NIC Driver For Mandrake

Use USB flash drive
# Mkdir/USB
# Mount/dev/sda1/USB or # Mount/dev/SCSI/host1/bus0/target0/lun0/disc/USB
If you have a SCSI/SATA hard disk or built-in card reader on your computer, the partition on the USB flash disk is not/dev/sda1. You can run the fdisk-l command to view the partition.
Generally, the value of mandrake is/dev/SCSI/host1/bus0/target0/lun0/disc.

Copy driver
# Cd/USB
# Cp e1000-7.6.5.tar.gz/usr/src
# Cp kernel-source-2.4.22-10mdk.i586.rpm/usr/src

Install Kernel
# Rpm-IVH kernel-source-2.4.22-10mdk.i586.rpm

Install NIC Driver
# Tar zxvf e1000-7.6.5.tar.gz
# Cd e1000-7.6.5/src
# Make install
# Insmod e1000
# Reboot

Set IP
# Drakconf or drakconnect
