To enable Dreamweaver to support jQuery's Automatic code prompt function, download a plug-in, jQuery_API.mxp [Click to download].
In Dreamweaver, choose "command"> "Extension Management"> "Install extension"> ..., It is automatically installed.
After the operation is successful, restart Dreamweaver.

Note: If you are installing a lite version of Dreamweaver, please first download the Adobe Extension Manager plug-in Manager [Click to download], I own cs3, so this link is also applicable to cs3, select your desired version to download.
