Install the lightweight screenshot software HotShots 2.1.0 for the PPA in Ubuntu

HotShots is a lightweight tool for editing. Similar to the Shutter tool. HotShots 2.1.0 has been released recently and has been improved compared with previous versions. For more information, see Official updates.

Installation is convenient because PPA is available (supporting almost all Ubuntu releases and derivative versions). Open the terminal and run the following command:

Sudo add-apt-repository ppa: dhor/myway
Sudo apt-get update
Sudo apt-get install hotshots

Run the following command to uninstall hotshots:

Sudo apt-get remove hotshots
