Install the plugin propedit for editing. properties files in Eclipse

when writing the properties file, we can use Eclipse's plug-in (plugin) Propedit, with which we do not have to use NATIVE2ASCII encoding when editing Unicode text such as Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. You can install this plug-in through the software upgrade (software Update) in Eclipse, with the following steps:

1. Expand the eclipse's Help menu, move your mouse to the software update subkey, and click Find and Install in the submenu that appears.
2. In the Install/update dialog box, select Search for new features to install, click Next;
3. Click New Remote Site in the Install dialog box.
4, in the New Update Site dialog box name fill in "Propedit" or any other non-empty string, the URL is filled with http://propedit.sourceforge.jp/eclipse/updates/;
5, in the site to include to search list, in addition to the previous step added outside the site of the other options to remove, click Finsih;
6. In the pop-up Updates dialog box, select the features to install list to remove all options ending with "3.1.x" (for Eclipse version 3.2 friends);
7. Click Finish to close the dialog box;
8, after downloading, agree to install, and then follow the prompts to restart Eclipse, the tool bar to see the shape of the VI button indicates that the installation is successful, plug-in available. At this point, the file name of all properties files in Eclpise is identified by the green P icon in front of it.

If you are using the Eclipse Galileo version, select Help-->install New software--> click "Available software Sites" (This interface can also disable or enable a plugin), Click Add, enter the plugin name and download Address---> Click OK, go back to the install New software interface, select the plug-in name you just entered in the "Work with" drop-down box, select the corresponding version and function in the list below, click Next, Follow the prompts to install and restart eclipse after installation.
