Install the weblogic Plugin in Eclipse
After weblogic dev is installed (weblogic dev is installed in Windows), you can install the weblogic server tools plug-in Eclipse and directly connect to the weblogic server to make it easier to publish, deploy, and debug weblogic.
1. Install weblogic server tools
1. Open the Eclipse installation page, Help-> Install New Software.

3. Click Add.
Enter oepe in Name (you can just enter it, just mark what this url is), enter the http://download.oracle.com/otn_software/oepe/12.1.3.3.1/luna/repository/ in Location (the latest version is 12.1.3.4, the address is listen 8), click OK.
4. An available installation interface is displayed.
Click the Tools menu, select Oracle Weblogic Server Tools, and click Next.
5. Go to the confirm selection page.
Click Next.
6. Protocol page
This page shows the protocols required to install Weblogic Server Tools. Select I accept the terms of the license agreements and click Finish.
7. Start Installation
After the installation is complete, you need to restart Eclipse and click restart.
2. Add the weblogic server Runtime Environment
1. Open Eclipse Preferences Window> Preferences.
2. Choose Server> Runtime Environments.
Click Add to Add a new server running environment.

Select Oracle Weblogic Server 12c (12.1.3) under Weblogic and click Next.
4. Select Weblogic Server Configuration
To select Weblogic home, you need to select the wlserver directory under the Weblogic installation directory. Java home will be automatically added, or you can manually select and click Finish.
3. Add a weblogic server
1. In the Servers display view, right-click and choose New> Server
2. Select a server
Select Oracle Weblogic Server 12c (12.1.3) under Weblogic, select the added runtime environment from Server runtime environment, and click Next.

Select Domain directory. You can click "select" next to the input box and click "Finish.
4. Complete
Now you can use Eclipse to connect to the Weblogic Server for startup, deployment, and debugging.
