People told me via google that rmmod pcspkr is enough.

Modprobe-list can be used to view all kernal mod. The pc speakers correspond to kernel/drivers/input/misc/pcspkr. ko.

Modprobe-r can also delete the specified mod, which is recommended in manual of rmmod.
