Install Websphere6.1 in Win7

1. Set the compatibility of lanuchpad.exe to "Windows Vista (Service Pack 2 )"

First hit the 6.1.0-WS-WAS-WinX32-FP0000029.pak, then 6.1.0-WS-WASSDK-WinX32-FP0000029.pak

Download and decompress JDK and updateinstallerinto the updateinstallerfolder. Double-click install.exe and install it in the path of your WebSphere 6.1.
After the installation is complete, copy two pak in 1) to UpdateInstaller \ maintenance, double-click UpdateInstaller \ update. bat update, update 6.1.0-WS-WAS-WinX32-FP0000029.pak first, and then update 6.1.0-WS-WASSDK-WinX32-FP0000029.pak after the update is complete
 
Iii. Verification
1. Go to WebSphere \ AppServer \ bin and run versionInfo. bat in cmd to check whether your version has been updated.
2. Start the service and check whether the service is started normally.
