Problem:
Eclipse will automatically shut down the svn plug-in eclipse.

I checked it on the Internet and said that the svn server is installed locally, which is in conflict with the svn plug-in eclipse. I do not know whether it is true or not. The solution provides two solutions:
1: uninstall the local SVN server.
2. Change the user's environment variable and apr_iconv_path in the system variable to apr_iconv1_path and restart eclipse.
I tried the second method, which is useful. As for the first method, I did not try it.
