1. Steps to download eclipse

Commissioning of the 2.eclipse

　　　　Configure working directory: Store code and related configuration information

　　Step 1: Find the Click Window-->preferences

　　　　Step 2: Adjust the font, style, size.

　　　　Step 3: Select UTF-8

　　　　Step 4:jsp files also select UTF-8

　　　　Step 5: Click Java ee-->file-->new-->dynamic Web Project

　　　　Step 6: Create a new Web Project click Configure Tomcat

If Target runtime is none, skip steps 6 through 7 and step 8 before returning to configure Tomcat
