First go to the Flash website to download the corresponding files, and then extract the inside of a file called libflashplayer.so.

Then create these folders in Usr/lib/mozilla/plugins (if not set up, if it already exists, do not set up.) ）

Finally, copy the above file to the folder you just created, then restart Firefox and the browser will be OK.
