I recently received a beta invitation from Microsoft's Dynamics CRM 2013, and finally let me uncover the veil of its mystery. Since last year's Dynamics CRM December patch package was released, many new elements have been added: Business process strips (BPF), internal micro-blogging (Yammer), integrated Skype, integrated Bing, and new form layouts. To the recently released Dynamics CRM 2013 beta release, additional UI updates were added, which I believe are a challenge for both end users and implementation consultants! All the changes illustrate Microsoft's determination to make Dynamics CRM 2013 a professional and user-friendly commercial CRM software.
In the subsequent period of time, I will update some Dynamics CRM 2013 experience to share with you, due to the confidentiality of the relationship, temporarily unable to provide the relevant information to everyone. Today we'll see how to upgrade from Dynamcis CRM 2011 to Dynamics CRM 2013.
1 Run Dynamics CRM 2013 update package
2 Select the organization that needs to be updated, and the update operation modifies the existing table structure: Extensionbase and base tables will be merged into one.
