1 BRIDGE: Equivalent to the host and virtual machine connected to the same hub, virtual machines and hosts configured on the same network segment

2 NAT: Using VMNET8, the host to open the necessary VMware services, such as Vmvare DHCP, virtual machine set to DHCP mode, of course, can also be manually set to vmnet1 the same network segment, more trouble

3 host-only: Use Vmnet1, direct and host interconnect, can use Ifconfig to view the configuration situation

Select the IO controller type, select the default, Next:

Select the size of the disk space by default

Set the virtual image file name, default, Next:

Second, CentOS6 installation

On the virtual machine that you just created on VMware, right-click the settings

Then click "Power on" to start the virtual machine.

Wait for Setup to initialize

Right click on install to hard driver click (open)


Installation language (select English)

Install storage (select Basic Storage driver)

Wait

Select a time zone (choose one anywhere in Asia, you can change it later)

Enter the Super Administrator password (user name defaults to root)

Choose to replace the original Linux system

Select Change write to drive (write changers to disk) and click Next

Wait a minute and it will show your Centtos installation is complete.
Indicates that the installation is complete, click Close

Click System (System->shut down) to restart

After rebooting, go to the System Configuration page (drag the scroll bar, click Forwar)

Select Yes to continue forward

Temporarily do not set the user, continue to forward

After modifying the date and time, click Forward

Liunx System Installation Completed (enter the landing page) Enter the user name, the default user name is root
