The process for installing virtual machines using VMware Workstation 10.0 is as follows (here is an example of installing the Linux operating system CentOS 6.5):


1. Open VMware Workstation 10 and click "Create a new virtual machine".

13. Set the maximum disk size, select split virtual disk into multiple files (M), and click Next.

16. Select the new CD/DVD (IDE) device, click Use ISO image file (M), and select the location where the installation image file is located.
