Installing Visual Studio 2015 on Windows 7 (SP1)

Background note: Recently re-installed Windows 7 system, then installed a visual Studio 2015 bar, did not expect a case of error (specific). Only WINDOWS8 or Windows 10 can install 2015? The answer is of course: No!

0. Operating system

Windows 7 SP1 (Service Pack 1) or higher, as for the lower version can be installed, here no longer delve into.

1. Pre-installation preparations

(1) Download Visual Studio 2015 (what version is as you need)

(2) IE must be 10 or 11, otherwise download IE upgrade program (own Baidu Bar)

(3) Windows 10 Universal C Runtime Patch ()

2. Installation steps:

(1) Upgrade IE to 10 or 11 (I have directly upgraded to IE11)
