1. Install Visual Studio 2013
2. Download mysql and install MySQL.
3. Download Mysql-for-visualstudio-1.2.7.msi, download link: https://cdn.mysql.com//Downloads/MySQL-for-VisualStudio/ Mysql-for-visualstudio-1.2.7.msi

Other than that

If you open your original project and report the MySQL error, you will need to reinstall the corresponding Mysql-connector-net-x.x.x.msi.
