installing MySQL on CentOS

First you need to download the RPM:

wget http://repo.mysql.com//mysql57-community-release-el7-9.noarch.rpm

Open: http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/repo/yum/

Use

Uname-r

Can view the El version of the current system, here I chose the first one

Select Direct Download

Copy the address above and you can do it.

The next step is to install:

RPM-UVH mysql57-community-release-el7-9. Noarch.rpmyum install MySQL-community-server

Time is long, wait patiently.

After the installation is complete, start with the following command:

Service mysqld Start

Use the following command to view the MySQL status:

Service MYSQLD Status
